Spare Parts for Heat Recovery Equipment
Since Thermal Transfer's recuperators and heat exchangers have no moving parts, they do not require the customer to
maintain an extensive spare parts inventory. However, spare tubes, spare tube bundles, or complete spare units can be
provided upon request. Because of the long delivery time typically required to fabricate a recuperator or heat exchanger,
we recommend purchasing replacement units in advance so they will be on hand when needed.
A spare parts inventory should be maintained for Thermal Transfer's fired heaters and gas coolers since these products
incorporate fans, pumps and electrical components. However, since each design is unique, a customized spare parts list
is required for each application. Therefore, standardized spare parts lists are typically not available for our products.
